Front Office Manager- Terese Carroll Hill came to the Fredericksburg area in 1987. She spent 16 years working in an orthodontic office. She began a new career in general dentistry with Dr. Balian in 2004. Terese has 2 grown children David and Meghan and a beautiful grandson, Teddy. She and her husband Bob enjoy traveling, boating, and visiting family.
Office Coordinator/ Dental Assistant- Ashley Greene was born and raised in the Fredericksburg area. She graduated from Courtland High School in 2005 with the completion of 2 years in the dental assisting program. She attended Germanna Community College from 2005-2007. She has been working for Dr. Balian for 3 years total. Ashley is married to her husband Jay and resides in Caroline County with their two dogs!
